Commenting on their decision to play the shows, the band had this to say:
With the intention of ending the dullest year in the history of live music with a bit of fun, we have managed to scrape together a short list of exclusive shows in Norway. We may or may not appear on stage wrapped in plastic and bathing in pools of antibac. Yet in spite of all restrictions, we will put tremendous effort into re-igniting life’s spark, and pull you all back out of the grey pandemic haze and into the land of the living. All this while safely remaining 1 meter from death.
With a career spanning over a decade and with four full-length albums and hundreds of shows under their collective belts, VULTURE INDUSTRIES’ lineup of Øyvind Madsen and Eivind Huse on Guitars, Tor Helge Gjengedal on Drums, Kyrre Teigen on Bass and Bjørnar E. Nilsen on Vocals, is noted not just for the technical skill of its members, but also for the eccentric antics of frontman Nilsen, whose on-stage weirdness is much-appreciated by the fans of the band the world-over.

In June of this year VULTURE INDUSTRIES were filmed performing a closed show at the Vestindien, a historical location in their home town of Bergen, notorious for being the town’s last public brothel.
