ABOUT THE RELEASE:
Highpitched vocals! Mellotrones! Airy guitars! This sounds spooky – but Gallery does it anyways.

Gallery consists of singer/keyboardist Snorre Valen (ex. Pekka Volt/Deflower), singer and guitarist David Dolmen (ex. Deflower), drummer Andreas Kjøl Berg, guitarist Bjørn Mack and Arne Øvervoll on bass.

The members of Gallery have played together in different bands for six years, but Gallery was founded in 2004. With their atmospheric and bombastic rock, they can identify themselves with the likes of Muse and Coldplay, and even Peter Gabriel, Radiohead or Led Zeppeling. Gallery plays around with genres and even flirts with the 80’s sound, high pitched vocals and progressive rock!

The debut album of Gallery, ”Jas Gripen”, is an ambitious ode to the melodic and adventurous rock sound, with a big guitar sound, lots of atmosphere and an intense feeling. The nine tracks on the album is diverse and goes into different genres, and pays homage to bands like Muse, Kashmir, Led Zeppelin, Cure, Poor Rich Ones, Yes and Tori Amos. The album is produced by Kjetil Bergseth and Bjørn Bergersen.
